If you can find a Workspace to save the original Workbook - to enable you to edit it. You can then copy over the code and formatting. I have a test workspace/Sentinel just for this process.
1. Open the original content --> Advanced Editor --> Copy the code
2. Open the new Workbook, and then paste that code into the Advanced Editor - you MUST then press "Done Editing" to save (see arrow)!
Note the object Type must be the same for this to work, here I have a GROUP which is type 12. I couldn't paste a Group into a Query (type 3 for example)
