Problem with deploying rules from GitHub to multiple Sentinel's

I'm having trouble with deploying analytic rules from one GitHub repository to multiple Sentinel's.
I have one repository that is deploying the rules to two different Sentinel's. The problem is that while the deplyoments to one of the Sentinel's skips unmodified rules, the other deployment to the other Sentinel tries to deploy every rule in the repository again each time, even when there are no changes done to the rules.
I've tried to remove and re-establish the connection without luck. I have also looked into the Sentinel deplyoment YAML-file for each Sentinel and they are identical.

Any solution for this?

Edit: Can also add that it's the same for another repository I'm using. It skips unmodified rules for the first Sentinel but not for the second one.
