First of all, you should onboard Azure Lighthouse:
Onboard a customer to Azure Lighthouse - Azure Lighthouse | Microsoft Docs

And then you will need to configure Sentinel management:
Manage multiple tenants in Microsoft Sentinel as a Managed Security Service Provider | Microsoft Docs
