What is the Microsoft Defender Security Intelligence Portal that is mentioned in the Controls Crosswalk section of the Zero Trust TIC 3.0 workbook ? I can't find any references to this portal in any documentation.

It is assigned to the Enterprise Threat Intelligence control in the Universal Security Capabilities Control family.
