People cards

In Ignite video demos, I can see the user's office location in the People card.  In our O365 people cards, I do not see office location on the People card.

 

What steps do I need to take to get that property to appear on the People card?  There seems to be a lot of conflicting information out there about ability to "customize" what we see on the People card and how/if the SharePoint User profile settings interact with People cards.

      We do not populate the data in AD, but we have set the User Property in the User profile to be editable by user.  I see (and can edit) the data when I update my Delve profile, but it does not appear in the people card as it does in attached screenshot example from a recent Ignite breakout session on People cards.
