People cards

In Ignite video demos, I can see the user's office location in the People card.  In our O365 people cards, I do not see office location on the People card.   What steps do I need to take to get tha...

Do you have their office location populated in AD/AAD?

    We do not populate the data in AD, but we have set the User Property in the User profile to be editable by user.  I see (and can edit) the data when I update my Delve profile, but it does not appear in the people card as it does in attached screenshot example from a recent Ignite breakout session on People cards.
