Has/is anyone experiencing their Boards disappearing? This is the 3rd time I have lost my Boards. I use them heavily to organize objects and it is a great way to keep like-minded items together. I am not sure I am going to be willing to rebujild all my Boards again and this has been having a negative impact on the application and on adoption. The business is losing "faith" in being able to use aspects of the product. Yes, I have opened a ticket (as I have for the other times). I'm just curious if others see this and how you mitigate the impact.

Update: Resolved (no root cause though) Busy day for me Apparently the 5 Board Limit is part of the new design. The rest of my Boards are listed in Favorites. End result is, I have everything back to the way it was (except the new view, which is just Works as Designed)I don't have or know the root cause for the issue yet. Query to return XML. Update: This morning several of my Boards reappeared (with the associated documents).I am still missing 75% of my boards and my Favorites. Based on a query performed against my tenant, at least the system knows about all of my Boards as I can see teh count, Titles, etc. It seems this may be a rendering issue from Sharepoint.

Hi All, I know this is an old thread but i have had the same problem on a few occations. MS support were very good and got me back up and running on the past occations (Though i had to recreate favorites) but this time it is only my boards that are gone, not my favorite documents. Happened yesterday morning. Fustrating as it was a good way for users to keep track of regular documets irrespective of whether they were on sharepoint or onedrive. Being flakey is harming the transision. Anyone have simular. Shane

And today (3/20/2017) my boards (favorites) are empty....again.My Boards exist, as do the tags for the Boards, but all the documents associated with a Board(s) are gone. Very frustrating. I have been using Delve as a tool to sell adoption to the organization. If it cant be relied upon, then I can't use it.

Hi all, Regarding Boards, there have been some changes lately, in order to mitigate the issue with the missing documents from boards. We had to limit the content types that can be added to a board. For the time being, you can add to a board only those documents that have the board icon in the content card. (Documentation) Examples of filetypes that can be added to a board are: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, OneNote (the most common filetypes) but other content types like images (png, bmp, gif...) will not be supported. This is an interim solution in order to ensure that you won't be adding something to a board which will later not be available. We are working on having support for all content types. For the favorites issue Leanne Priest mentioned, I have reached out to her separately for more info. Update
Opened Ticket with Support. Still no resolution
All of my Boards and all Documetns that I had marked as Favorites are gone. The documents exist, they are just longer represented within associated Boards or shown in my Favorites section.

Captures, Fiddler traces and previous occurence communications sent to support.
Waiting to see if this can be resolved or if I have to start from scratch again.

If this is something that occurs, I may not be able to continue recommending Boards and Favorites as a business tool as my users will get frustrated very quickly.

  Same here. I have yet to have a board not disappear.

  Definatley a bug in there somewhere. I have spreadsheets tagged in favourites that regularly dissapear from the favourites section. I can add them one day, they are gone the next!

  I agree with you - Delve has just started to catch on with users in my firm and with a change like this I don't know how reliable people will find it. I hope this can be resolved rather quickly.

I have experienced some weir behaviors in regards of how boards are displayed...but this week everything seems to be fine. By the way I think the problem is just only a visualization problem so you don't lose board classification you have done
