Your message is larger than the size limit for messages
User is getting this error " Your message is larger than the size limit for messages" when sending from outlook or OWA the limit is set for user is 51 MB and sending an attachment of 28 mb but stil...
when you say the list for the user is setup 51, which the default for each file is 25 MB, the total attachment might be setup 51 so try attaching 2 files of 25 MB each if it goes that means the limit is set correctly for the whole attachment.
