What do XP do?
Is there anything you can do with the XP or the levels you earn on Learn? Is there a leaderboard somewhere?

It's just a representation of how far you've come 🙂 Sometimes though there are Cloud Skills Challenges that track how many point you've accruing- those do have a leader board and if you're top you can win prizes. You can find out about them via social media- here's a current one running in Australia for example: https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/cloud-training-events/cloud-skills-challenge
