Hello, Steve_Hewitt After your training day, Microsoft should send you an appreciation mail. In the mail, there will be a link to your certification dashboard. Click on the link to your dashboard and claim your 100% voucher. But if you did not receive this email, you wait for 5 to 10 working days after the training then login to your certification portal to schedule your exam where you will see "claim 100% voucher". But this has to be the same email ID you use to register for your Virtual Training day or you will not get the free voucher. Hope this works. Thanks
