Virtual training Days
Hi
I attended a two day virtual training course SC-900 on the 18th & 19th Aug. I was hoping to book the exam, once I had been emailed the exam voucher. Unfortunately Ive not received any such email. Who and how do I contact someone in Microsoft?

- Hello, Steve_Hewitt After your training day, Microsoft should send you an appreciation mail. In the mail, there will be a link to your certification dashboard. Click on the link to your dashboard and claim your 100% voucher. But if you did not receive this email, you wait for 5 to 10 working days after the training then login to your certification portal to schedule your exam where you will see "claim 100% voucher". But this has to be the same email ID you use to register for your Virtual Training day or you will not get the free voucher. Hope this works. Thanks
Hi Steve_Hewitt, When you attend a virtual training day for a fundamental course , you will not receive a voucher code exam . During the scheduling process of your exam you will see a 100% claim that allow you to receive a 100% discount on your fundamental exam . please check below pic

- I don' think they email a voucher anymore, the voucher is applied to your account and you can apply it when registering for the exam
