The subscription is not allowed to create or update the serverfarm
I am getting this error when creating a webapp or azure function. The subscription is not allowed to create or update the serverfarm. Please help me with steps.
Even not allowed to create free tier also, Have there any changes and implementations in using the azure pass code? any restrictions?

- Azure. We need a solution to this.
I've also created a 2nd subscription, off of my free tier just because this error is occurring when I try to deploy with terraform (interestingly it worked only once, the first time I tried to deploy a function-app) - debbieuttecht Hi madam, we need solution. Can anyone from Azure pass team respond on the this. It's a major concern.
