Team admin center can't retrieve the online Teams device information

Hi there,

We are using Team admin center to retentive the Teams device information, to monitor the device health status under “teams rooms on windows” option.  however, I only can see some of the “offline ” devices, but none of the online device’s information can be retrieved.

Could you please advice any settings from team’s admin center we need to set to see the device information? Or do we need to whitelist any URL for this feature? As we only allowed port 443 and 80 at this moment.
