Support with my sandbox access on MS Learn

I have had my access to the sandbox environment in the "Architect network infrastructure in Azure" revoked since December. I have only received an automated message for an appeal that does not provide any kind of feedback on its current status. There is also no direct way of communication with support on that page. Is it possible for a human support to help me with my case?
