Student Discount for Azure AZ-900 Certification
Hello, I am a student at a public university in Germany (Information Systems).
I followed the steps described here to get the student discount: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/student-discounts#student-discounts
However, the process does not seem to work as expected. I don’t see any option for student verification, and the exam price has not changed. I also noticed that other students reported the same issue.
What can I do to verify my student status and actually receive the discount?
Thank you!

Thank you, Julian, for your reply.
I am afraid that is exactly what I have already done. The steps in the first link do not help, and the certification support seems to only be available if you already have a Microsoft license (at least that is how it appears to me, as the portal seems restricted to businesses). So unfortunately, this does not solve the issue. Could you please clarify if there is another way for individual students to verify their status and access the discount?
Thank you in advance.

You need to use using a student email address for a school/university that is part of Microsoft's academic program.
Credential support is using the same platform that Microsoft uses for business https://www.aka.ms/credentialssupport - that is the only route.
