SharePoint Look Book Login Issues

I watched a SharePoint Webinar about Deploying Crisis information Sites and went over to Look Book for SharePoint and attempted to login using my Microsoft login info and I got the following error:

AADSTS50020: User account 'stel-leena-com@outlook.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft' and cannot access the application '5d9fff84-5b34-4204-bc91-3aaf5f298c5d'(SharePointPnP.ProvisioningApp.Tenant) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account

Since I've used the outlook.com account for my personal and temp business while I'm awaiting our exchange server installation, and have used it in the past to access Microsoft Training and demo before without any issues. Obviously things have changed and I'll await someone replying to this post with a Solution... Hopefully soon... Rolf... I've emailed you and hope you can assist...
