Schedule a Certification exam

Good morning, I have a problem with scheduling an exam.

From this page, I click “schedule with Pearson Vue” and then:

I obviously contacted their helpdesk, but they responded like this:

Dear Mauro,
 
Thank you for contacting Pearson VUE.
 
We can not see any issue with your account. 


I have tried with different PCs from different locations (with different networks) with different browsers, but I have same issue.
