saving Microsoft outlook contacts locally only

Dear Sir or Mme., I recently had an operating system crash. I reinstalled the operating system (Windows 10) and then installed all my programs. I am trying to get Microsoft outlook set up like I had before. When I imported some contacts from a saved PST file into Microsoft 365 for business, it went into the folder with my calendar and inbox which is synced online to my Microsoft 365 business account. I am trying to find a way to keep my Microsoft outlook contacts locally only and have not had much luck finding a solution.  Please help if possible. Arvind
