Sandbox option is missing

Hello Team,

I am not able to see the sandbox option for my account :**Email address removed**

I had used sandbox 6 month back for the same account. Now it is not visible.it might be corrupted.

I will be grateful ,If you can reactivate sandbox option for my account.
