Renewal exam expired and not offered anymore

Hi,

I missed the renewal exams for:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/m365-administrator-expert/

and 

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/m365-security-administrator/

ironically because i was deep involved on an Azure migration. Is there a way to extend this renewal so my credential doesnt show as expired or i have to go thru it all over again with the new exams?
