Microsoft has the Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) program - details here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/learn/certifications/mct-certification - which requires an instructional skills certification but Microsoft does not run these themselves. If you check out the link you can see the different options. However MCT applications are closed until July.
