Problem with Applied Skills
Hello everybody.
What's going on with Applied Skills? I can see that many assessments are not available; yesterday I've also found an Applied Skill related to Microsoft Purview, but today it is not available anymore.

The issue you're experiencing with Applied Skills is due to a technical problem that was discovered during system maintenance. As a result, the Applied Skills assessment labs are temporarily unavailable. The Microsoft Credentials Team is aware of this issue and is working to resolve it as quickly as possible.In the meantime, they have asked for patience and apologize for any inconvenience caused. They will update the alert message with new information as soon as it becomes available.
If you're missing previously earned Applied Skills credentials in your Learn record, you're advised to post your issue to the forum, and a moderator will gather your information for investigation.

Create and manage automated processes by using Power Automate applied skills exam is still in maintenance along with others. This has been ongoing for months. Should we just expect Applied skills are not going to be working for the foreseeable future and stop checking on the status?- pistooli-peteCopper Contributor

I totally understand your frustration with the ongoing maintenance of the Applied Skills assessments, especially when it's been dragging on for months. It can be disheartening to see them still not fully functional despite the initial estimates.
However, I'd say there's still some hope on the horizon. It's encouraging to hear that 10 assessments have been restored and updated recently. While it's true that there was a post indicating it might take up to 3 months, it seems like progress is being made, albeit slower than anticipated.
In the meantime, I'd suggest adding the assessments to your favorites and checking on them once a week. That way, you're staying informed without investing too much time and energy constantly checking for updates. And hey, considering these assessments are provided for free, it's definitely a gift worth appreciating, even if it's taking a bit longer than expected.
Hang in there, and let's hope for smoother sailing with the Applied Skills assessments soon!

- FonsellBrass Contributorany insights on this issue - at least the Applieds Skills tests for Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-driven) have been under construction for more than a quarter now? how can we escalate this? Microsoft have deprecated PL-100 and these applied skills were supposed to be new better version of that - but how??

Hey there, I just tried to do the "Secure Azure services and workloads with Microsoft Defender for Cloud regulatory compliance controls" applied skills and I wasnt able to install the LA Agent on the VM1. No matter what I tried it failed. Another friend also deployed the LA Workspace, enabled Defender for Cloud, and he had the same thing happened. Under the Environment Settings all the Plans were enabled and set to full. Automation and onboarding were configured as well for the LA workspace with full logging.
It's really frustrating because I tried over and over but couldnt succeed.
Could you please let me know if this is also an issue because no matter what I couldnt get the LA Agent (MMA) installed on the client. I tried policies, I tried to do it manually, tried via the Recommendations Quick Fix... Nope. Nothing worked.

Unfortunately, I don’t currently have any additional solutions to offer beyond my sympathy. If I find time to investigate further and come up with a solution, I’ll be sure to inform you.
