PowerBI: Sign in does not work

Hi, a Power BI Training module requires sign in into the Microsoft account. 

Although I seem in fact to be logged in, this is blocked. 

I tried to sign in via my private e-mail. But this was rejected. Only work e-mail seems to be acceptable. Thus, unfortunately, I cannot use the publish function.
