I have Only Azure Active Directory domain services and custom domain in azure active directory. I have personal laptop using windows server 2016. I want to do domain join from my personal laptop to Azure. How I can do this?

- There's no real easy way forward for this. Azure AD is designed for clients such as Windows 10 to be joined, not machines running server OS. You would need to look at Azure AD Domain Services https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory-domain-services/overview.
