PL.300 exam problem

Hello,
on Sunday the first of January I had my PL-300 exam at 10:30am. I got my check in at 10am and was in the queue. When it was my turn, I was put back in the queue. I was in the queue a total of 3 times and had to wait 3 hours for my exam. After some time I walked out as there was no point in waiting anymore. I paid for the exam and did not write the exam. Either I want my money back or I want to write the exam on the spot.
I would appreciate some feedback.
