Open AI - Summarization

I am building a "Text to summary" feature using Azure OpenAI-powered language summarization and I need to include a functionality of "Rephrasing the Summary" but with this api, I don't have option to rephrase the same summery or get a new output every time I hit the api with same input.

Do we have something in OpenAI to achieve this?
