Office 365 Install
I am unable to find the install information to use on other computers.
I am unable to logon to my account as I can't remember what username & password I used.
I pay for it every year. I don't have that email or the original.
I was forced to create a new account.
I tried looking on my PC for an install code/key, but can't find it.
Did a lot of Googling to get answers to no avail.
I'm thinking that my old account is using an email I no longer have as I've moved.
Please help if you can or direct me to the place that can.
Thank you!
David

You can contact Microsoft directly and explain the situation. Here’s what you’ll need:
- Proof of payment (e.g., a screenshot or transaction ID from your bank)
- Any possible email addresses you might have used
- Your full name and phone number (if linked to the account)
- Use this link to contact for help : https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact?linkquery=Microsoft%20account:%20sign-in%20helper

Unfortunately, since Office 365 subscriptions are tied to the Microsoft account used during purchase, we won’t be able to recover or transfer the license without identifying that original account. However, here are the steps you can take to recover access or reinstall Office:
Try to recover your Microsoft account:
Go to https://account.live.com/password/reset
and follow the steps to recover your old email address.
If you no longer have access to that email, click “I don’t have any of these” during the process and complete the account recovery form with as much information as possible (old passwords, billing info, etc.).
Microsoft Support will review it and attempt to verify your ownership.
Check for another account:
Visit https://account.microsoft.com/services
and sign in with any possible email addresses you might have used. Your Office subscription will show under Services & subscriptions if found.
If recovery fails:
You can contact Microsoft 365 billing and subscription support.
They can help confirm ownership via your payment details (credit card or bank information) and advise on restoring access or setting up a new subscription.
Installing Office on a new device:
Once you regain access to your Microsoft account, you can reinstall Office by signing in at https://portal.office.com
→ Install Office.
If you can share the last 4 digits of the payment card used for the subscription or an approximate purchase date, support may be able to locate the subscription faster.

Firstrstv where did you migrate from? Google or similar, or was you a free outlook.com, generally if you sign up to microsodt 354 as a work account or tenant you initially start stil an onmicrosoft.com username which you wouks have beem guided though selecting a tenant name which prefixes that sub domain i just mentiined, so perhaps search for that onmicrosoft.com to find any clues, nb if you signed up for a free or family edition of office 365 those would of asked you to setup an outlook.com etc, So try to find out what edition 354 you purchased, that should also have detailsnon like wwhat was used to sign up as a user but failing thay order nums etc to contact microsoft support as they can help if you have thay invoice email?
