need help to determine items added/closed a week before till the current date. Navigate them too.

Hello Awesome People,

1. I want excel to determine number of items that are added to the table a week before at the start of every week. 

2. Similarly, I want excel to determine number of items that are closed  a week before at the start of every week. 

3. The two results should help me to navigate the added/closed items ID using a filter.

4. Help me with proper naming convention as I am creating this for a dashboard.
