MS Project 2021 Professional missing commands

The following Commands are missing Microsoft Project Professional 2021: 

1. Sprints Project template (from the File Ribbon |New tab).
2. Link task to planner plan (from the Task Ribbon | Planner tab (the tab is also missing)).
3. Task Boards (from the Report Ribbon).
4. Manage Sprints (from the Project Ribbon).
5. Task Board (from the View Ribbon).

The commands are also not found on the Options>Customize the Ribbon Menu.

Will those commands become available when logged to a work account with a current subscription to MS 365 ?
