MS Learn Sandbox still blocked after 24 hours of wait

Hi,

 

Last Monday I was blocked after passing all day on MS Learn (preparing for AZ-303) and consuming 10 sandboxes. I was waiting 2 days before continuing but I'm still blocked. Why? It should be reset.

 

Can my account be reauthorized?

 

Mayby markjulmar can help me? (as he helped here).

    Soruk Send me the Microsoft account you're using and I'll look into it. I assume you clicked the "Appeal" button?
