Missing Certification

Hello Reaching out to you as I realized today that I passed my AZ-400 exam back in February 2025, however the certification doesn't show up on my transcript. Can you help me to get that fixed?. ...

    I do have the required pre-requisites.
    Actually, I used to have this certification but forgot to do the renewal, so I had to retake the exam.
    I just noticed that the cert no longer appears on my transcript.
    Can someone from support help me to get this fixed?

      You need to contact credential support. As far as I know, retaking expired certification doesn't automatically renew it and must be done manually.
