Microsoft Teams New Version Can't Send Message to Bot

Hello everyone,
We create custom Teams bots for our customers. We can use our bots seamlessly with the previous version of Microsoft Teams. However, when we switched to the new Microsoft Teams version, we can't send messages to the bots. "You cannot send messages to this bot" appears in the message bar. Can you help us with this issue?
