Microsoft edge file not downloading

Hi, I am downloading the file from https://deltaexecuter.com/pc/  on my acer laptop. The file start downloading and the download speed get to 0 kb after a minute. The file gets canceled after few minutes. I've tried multiple time. Please help me

    Hello, I'm Jan and I'm happy to help you today. I'm sorry that you are experiencing this problem. Most likely caused by an update or network driver. Here are some things you can try.

    This support article might help troubleshoot the problem.

    restart router
    unplugged your network router for 60 seconds
    then plug it back in.

    then restart your computer.
    Open Windows Update and click Check for updates.

    If that didn't work, download the latest drivers from the laptop Manufacturer's ASUS support website and install them.


    netsh winsock reset
    netsh int ip reset
    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew
    ipconfig /flushdns

    Once done, restart your computer.


    6 Try to power reset your laptop.

    Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn off
    If it is a laptop with a removable battery, remove the battery for 30 seconds
    then unplug your power adapter for 30 seconds
    Then power on your computer
