For this exam, you need to have experience of actually implementing Business Central especially around finance and chart of accounts. 

It is a good exam i.e. you cannot simply read and pass. Even using Learn in the exam may not help that much as you need to understand the nuances in the questions as the many of the exam items combine several topics together.
