Microsoft account and Windows User login account is replacing
I work at https://clippingexpertasia.com as a Manager. I have set my windows 10 login password. It was working perfectly. But few days ago , I added a Microsoft account to download apps from Microsoft store. From then my windows 10 login credentials got replaced by Microsoft login account credentials. I don't know how to get back my windows default login again. Any help will be appreciated.

- Your profile/PC has been connected to your Microsoft account if you still remember your user so simple do .\user to login to the local profile rather than the domain or Microsoft online account.
if you don't remember your user name maybe the local built-in administrator can be tried to find your local user if the built-in administrator is enabled.
once you log in to your account from the accounts section to swithc to offline account and logout of Microsoft account.
