MFA/Authenticator App Issues

I need to have my authenticator/mfa reset for my business account. After Windows force updated GPU drivers on 12/7/2024 i was left with corrupted registry files and a completely unstable system requiring a clean install of Windows 11 Pro. Somehow in this process my business account lost its connection to the Microsoft authenticator app so i am unable to get passed the check authenticator app for code screen. I attempted to contact support through my personal email as without being able to successfully login the contact support function would not work, support directed to this discussion board as they were unable to provide assistance.

    You're on the right track! Just ensure the ShareType in ContentDocumentLink is set to "V" for Viewer or "C" for Collaborator. Also, check that the Customer Community Login profile has permissions to access ContentDocument and confirm staff users' access rights. If the issue continues, review your sharing rules for proper file access.
