Lost my courses and level progress on my learn profile
KyloR85 (and everyone else reporting the issue) will you please provide your Learn username to better help us figure out what is happening?
You can find this by going to learn.microsoft.com, clicking on the Me Control in the top right, clicking on Profile, then copying the last portion of the URL (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/<username>/).

I have earned many achievements (Trophies, badges... etc) as part of my skills. I think when I last looked, I had approx 38 badges and approx 8 trophies. Do we have a status on this yet. - Richard_YuleApr 05, 2024Brass ContributorBased on the response given in this thread, Microsoft's current position seems to be that, at least some of, our profiles were deleted due to a GDPR request and that they are irrecoverable. Your case may be different.
If anyone with this issue is covered by GDPR or similar registration (UK GDPR for me). I can only suggest that you make a complaint to the relevant Microsoft DPO. For UK and EU residents, this is:

Derek_Peterson the last one is indeed created today, but I also have old one with the same email and connected to the same MCID which I forgot the username. The old one that has all my progress and achievements is somehow gone as mentioned when I was about to log in to Learn today, I was prompted to create a new profile.

Michael, it appears as though your profile was created Feb 20th and I'm seeing multiple achievements starting on that date. Was it created around Feb 20 and what are you seeing that is missing?

No feb 20 was when it went blank and forced me to create a new account. My previous account was many years old and I have no idea what the username was as it was tied to my email address. The progress in the new account is correct for what I have accomplished since then but nothing before that date shows. Also both old and new accounts where also tied to my certification id if that helps.
