Lost my courses and level progress on my learn profile
Does anyone know how I can contact Microsoft about my learn account? I tried to log on using my work laptop and my profile has been reset back to 0. I've lost all of my achievements and learn...
Did you get any help with this or did you find somewhere to ask for support? I just had the same thing happen to me. I lost access to all my progress and achievements.
HandyanaAtmaja not yet. Looks like microsoft doesn't care unless you use their premium support.
jadoooplayer Same here, no response yet. I have also raised this with MCP support, though they point at the Learn team. The next step is probably our Partner support channels
