linking forms to one response sheet

Regarding microsoft forms, is there a way to link multiple forms (2) to one response sheet.  I have a form where certain information is gathered and then there is an event, following which, additional information is gathered.  Ideally - all the information would be in one response/spread sheet.  Thank you for any help that you can provide.
