Is azure certification enough to get a job?

A certification is a way for you to get a proof of your skills and knowledge, but you also need hands-on experience to be able to demonstrate that you are proficient in Azure and you can work with Azure.
Also consider that Azure is big and complex platform and there are several different certifications related to it: you have to consider which one is closer to your skills and experience.
