I'm signed out of Microsoft when i use the numeric keypad

Good morning.

For about 3 weeks now I'm having a problem with my keyboard, when I press a key on the numeric keypad part it kicks me out of the session and I have to enter the login credentials again. It doesn't always happen, but it never happens when I press any key other than the numeric one. The last few days it's also happening when I move the mouse.

The windows edition we use here is the Enterprise and my computer is a Dell Latitude 5520. I have all windows updates up to date (including optional ones) and dell drivers updated with the Dell Command update.

I don't know why this could be, I need some suggestions, please.
