I have not received my cloud skill build challenge voucher

The voucher is not sent by email. You will be able to redeem the discount when you book one of the exams covered by the challenge. First go to your challenge and confirm it shows a fraction that equals 100% (i.e. 10/10 or 15/15). Then go into your Microsoft Learn profile and confirm which email address for notifications you have saved. Then try checking your junk folder. If you still cannot find the email, please contact Cloud Skills Challenge support email address removed for privacy reasons
