I cant able to grab my 100% event voucher after Received MCT cert

Dear Team, I cant able to claim the event voucher which is 100% free , this happened after i have received the MCT cert from Microsoft. Kindly advise me how to claim?

To my knowledge the discount will be applied automatically at the end of the process if you use the same account that you used for registering for the event. Would be great if you could try that and confirm.

Still iam facing the same issue, as advised in your previous email, I couldn't able to redeem my event voucher which is 100% free of cost exam.
Iam really suffering to book an exam for past 4 days.
Humble request you to position me a solution to cross this hudle.
