How to unlink Microsoft Learning Profile from previous company
Hi kristofdc,
You can unlink your Microsoft Learning Profile from a previous company by updating your Microsoft Learn account association:
Go to your Microsoft Learn profile settings
.
Under Account Associations, locate your company or organization link.
Click Remove association (if visible).
If the option isn’t available, contact Microsoft Certification Support via the Microsoft Training & Certification support form
— they can manually unlink your profile.
After unlinking, you can then associate your profile with your new company’s directory if needed

I do not have the account associations.
Do you have a concrete link to fill in the "Microsoft Training & Certification support form"?Navigate to https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/settings in your Learn profile and remove the old work account. You will need to have added a personal account or another work account beforehand
