How to install windows 11 on a unsupported hardwares

I have got a pc with 4GB ram .It has got a dual core 2 duo processor too .Is there any way to download windows 11 .I followed a YouTube tutorial and install it .After reboot I could install windows 11 . When I need to select the partition that I keep windows 11.There was an error that I can't install in this partition (to all partitons)I formatted c drive.Now I can't install windows 11 and I can't get my old windows too(windows 8.1)Because I have formatted my c drive.Please give me a solution.I gave given you the error below
