- Thanks for the reply. I have raise three tickets from the partner portal support. It's been 20 days and they are just juggling me from team to team. Their competency level is questionable. Wanted to reach any responsible person through any other channel. My business is hampering for this and Microsoft Partner Portal just doesn't care at all.
