how to escalate any support ticket??? Getting no suport at all.
I have failed to renew action pack and then raise a ticket with ID 2409200010001268. Still not got the solution I need. All they do is call and let me know that nobody is doing anything.
Then I have raised another two tickets and still no update. I want to talk to any manager and want to know why Microsoft wants its partner to leave the platform?!?

- Julian_SharpLearn ExpertFor Action Pack, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/membership/mpn-get-action-pack, you need to raise with Microsoft Partner support. Microsoft Learn is separate and not related to partners.

I have raise three tickets from the partner portal support. It's been 20 days and they are just juggling me from team to team. Their competency level is questionable. Wanted to reach any responsible person through any other channel. My business is hampering for this and Microsoft Partner Portal just doesn't care at all.
