How I can implement Delay with hours with a field becomes empty condition together in MS Flow?

Currently I am triggering a Flow on field change then I am using DELAY with specified hours but I need to modify this condition like that Delay until specified hours or when the triggering field becomes empty.

for example: My flow will trigger on the field change (from null to 24), then flow will use this field value to Delay 24 hours then between this 24 hours delay due to some business condition the field value changed to null and now I want to terminate the flow instance. How can I implement above condition in MS Flow?
