Has anyone had issue with getting there Ignite Challenge and receiving the Free Exam?

  I am not sure where to go for help on this one, but thanks for looking.  I completed the MS Ignite Skills Challenge (Microsoft Ignite Azure Apps & Infrastructure Challenge) prior to Oct 7th and I have not received the Exam discount for the Az-204 Exam. When I go to enter my Email in the MS Learn site. It says I have none even though I have completed the challenge. The link shows the process. The Exam is on the approved list and still no discount. I can't update the email notification as well. Any ideas who can help with this one?
