File deletion alert policy not working in Defender

File deletion alert policy is not working in Microsoft Defender.

I have logged the ticket with Microsoft (Case #:33489455) around 2 month ago but still they have not given any solution.

Microsoft support team has contacted multiple times and taken all the logs and screenshots, also I reproduced the activity in front of them. But still now there is no solution provided.
